Hi all, looking to buy an electric smoker, intrigued by Smoke-It ,ease and looks well built however I see u put 6 to 8 oz of wood chunks for a long brisket / butt smoke , and read this smoker produces TBS for 1 hr to 90 mins,, is that enough for the larger cuts of meat?? I think the Smoke-it model 2 is within my budget , do u guys have experience with this smoker ?? Thanks a ton
