Smoke House

We have a Smoke Hollow Pro smoker and have been smoking fools all summer long. We have been toying with the idea of building a smokehouse. The winters here, especially last year, were brutal with 35 degrees below zero temps at times. Has anyone built or use a smokehouse? I'd be interested in knowing what you did to build it and how it worked out.
