Thanks Dave! I did use some water in my pan on a recent smoke but I had veggies in it. Other than that I don't see any need for it - at least for my purposes...Looks Awesome B!!!! Love that dry chamber!!

Yeah but it sure was a pain! You can't imagine how many tissues that was! & fastening each one individually to ensure an airtight seal took forever - I used up every roll of tape I had, all my Elmers glue, rubber cement, tacks, paste, peanut butter & 6 or 7 packs of gum till I got done...I never thought of using the tissues for insulation, that's brilliant!!!!!!!![]()

Thanks man - I didn't have any slaw. I put a little sauce on it & ate like that. I had some cauliflower on the side & some smoked nuts to round out the meal...MMMMM, looks great!! but where's the slaw!!! gotta have a well balanced meal!!!
