So I'm in a little competion in a couple weeks because I decided my ribs were worthy lol. Problem is I'll probably have about 4 1/2 to5hrs to cook my 3-2-1 ribs. Will my ribs be done if I change the method to 2-2- 1/2 ??

You'd probably want to go with BB ribs on the not so meaty side and you should be good. Good luck and take some pics...
