I just joined the forum.  We bought a Masterbuilt 30" Digital Electric smoker.  Works great so far.  Smoked Babybacks & Salmon.  Ribs were tender but the rub we used was very spicy, I think it had too much black pepper & cayenne in the recipe.  We like the flavor to taste similar to the Bulls-Eye brand of wet sauces.  We like the both Original and the Carolina. The Salmon was tasty and tender.  The filet just fell apart.  I think we brined it too long, 12 hours, and also used the water pan.  I live in northern NJ, Passaic County.
