A few days ago, I posted something about a well known, but obviously not so popular self made barbecue expert. The thread was taken down and I got fussed at. OK, no problem, I can handle it.
I see other members posting about other barbecue 'experts' and the threads remain. Now, I'm confused and scared to ask a question about a barbecue book for fear of getting my butt handed to me and being shown the door.
