My buddies and I are renting a house in the Poconos for a weekend (June 23-25) and looking for someone to supply delicious 'cue. Ideal option would be someone to roll up early in the a.m. with their rig and start cooking for late lunch/dinner. But we'd be willing to settle for delivery of food.
Looking at 16-18 people, hearty appetites. Would love a whole hog, couple of briskets, racks of ribs, and maybe some sausages (or any combination that would satisfy the group).
