Hi all. I started partially thawing out a chicken breast Friday in a vacuum sealed pack. It was mostly thawed out but not fully, then I put it in the fridge. I was wondering if it would still be good or not? I had seasoned it and froze it for easy cooking.

I’ll trash it guys. Have more breast. Rather be safe than puking hahah. Thanks a lot

if it was still partially froze it must of still had a pretty good chill on it, if it was fresh when you froze it I would say you might be alright, as the others said give it a sniff.

never mind I guess we

Hi ho, hi ho, it's in the trash it goes. Five days on the counter. No way - I wouldn't even bother opening it up to give it sniff test.

Maybe I misread it, but to me it sounds like Brian put in the fridge after it was thawed out. Although I can't see how it wouldn't be completely thawed out in five days. Unless he lives in a refridge.

Guys you need to reread the post where did you get 5 days on the counter and he said it was still partly frozen when he put it in the fridge. As said a sniff test will tell but what I see it should be good.
