I spit the shrimp to clean them and then dressed them with olive, fresh herbs, kinders lemon pepper and buttery poultry l…..

It’s time to start the frenzy!

Up first the lobster goes in the poaching pan (heavy cream, butter, fresh herbs, red pepper)

Next up are the huge shrimp….fyi they have a skewer length wise to keep the “pretty”

Oh man, I’m loving it!!!!

Did a quick flip to get a char tone…..

Ok this is the way…….

I think this would be a fine plate by its self

The boy dropping the scallops…..ie hot pan add oil after it’s dry hot then scallops

Bingo the lobsters are 145

The scallop flip…..the boy has these down!!!!

Bingo all done and ready to plate!

The plate…..the center is my wife’s white wine lemon sauce with angle hair and the fresh herbs and parm with a cheddar biscuit

It all looks great. The scallops are the only thing I don't like.

The standout pic to me is the Caesar salad. I would like to reach thru the screen and get a bowl of that.

Much appreciated Steve! Yea wife was really funny when she came home and said……they didn’t have the usual shrimp so I got these…..are they ok……they are 4/6 count…..they were crazy good!!!

Thanks Chris, the initial plan was just shrimp and scallops but I went shopping with the wife and I was looking at huge pack of lobsters and the wife looks at me and says it is Christmas……in the cart they went! Oh and if you are looking for a high protein diet…the plate above is the ticket!
