In prep for my oldest Son's Graduation Dinner in May, I finally made it to the store to collect on a rain check my wife hit on a few weeks back...Spares & chops...the birds, I bought just to get out of the way so I'd have one less thing to buy...and @ reg price, they weren't a bad score either. Some pics are fuzzy (think i need to clean the camera), or, I just got too excited and didn't give the cam time to focus!!!! LOL!!!!

For the Grad-smoke, it's 20.68 lbs of chickens (4) for $20.48, and 39.38 lbs of Spares (8) for $54.73. Gotta get pork butts yet for PP, somewhere... The chops are for dinner on earlier dates...or???....don't tempt me...LOL!

Heh-heh, I a happy soon-a-be smoker!!! Heh-heh-heh!!!

Bought another 70 bucks worth of Oven, Fridge and Chamber therms while I was at it (wally-world):

The addition:

Wireless in/out therm, for the outdoor Q-Fridge:

Igniter for the SNP gas burner mod:

Needed 2 chamber therms for the SNP:

4 additional oven therms for smoker rack temps...now I have 8:

I'm getting ready for the BIG one...5-1/2 more weeks 'til D-Day!

Wow! Nice assortment. I noticed your pic of the pork spareribs are in the name of the dark one ($6.66). Maybe you should bless those with some really hot seasoning.
Congrats on your sons graduation, hope you have a great celebratory party.

You got the goods at a great price. Congratulations!

Whoally CRAP!!! I just stepped out after posting this and came back to your reply. Good idea...I didn't even see that! I got some wicked "demonic-killer" rub that'd be perfect for these circumstances!
