I recently got rid of my Louisiana 7 Series vertical smoker and pulled this out before taking it to the dump. Worked great when removed. I can't find the food probe (I use a Meater probe) at the moment but will take a deeper look if anyone is interested. Paypal is the best form of payment. $50 plus shipping. Thanks.
