okay, I'm familar with some places like eldons sausage, allied kenko, LEM etc.....but anybody else have more sites to get those special things we need for making sausage from????? I ask because I just ordered some stuff from eldons and got to thinking that there must be more options for me :p

Thanks deejaydebi, I'm bookmarking those. I have some prague powders and ascorbic acid coming from eldons already but I'm looking for some fermenters as well so when I do salami I have it.....eldons didn't have any.

We have a local meat supply store here. I have to believe that there should be one near you too. Ask your butcher where they buy theirs from and that could get you started
