sausage drying rack

I've seen a couple of guys who use a clothes drying rack to hang their sausage during several of the stages in the process.  I was looking at wally world and couldn't find one with wooden dowels.  Here is a link of what I am looking to get instead.  Do y'all think this will be fine?

That one should work great.  I use this one, which is enameled steel:    but I see the one you mentioned is less money.
