Got the Sauerbraten done. Ended up going 4 days in marinade. Turned out pretty good. Sloppy plating but tasty.

GREAT LOOKING MEAL Brian! Love the color and texture of both the sauerbraten and the rotkrautsalat. The gnocchi is a nice touch that doesn't overpower and can "soak" up the sauce!? Did you use the sauerbraten or a brown sauce? 🍻
