well i am blowing my fing top on hold with sams club!!!!!!!!!!!
well they finally sent a ups guy to pick up my slicer about two weeks ago so now their telling me i have to fax a paper from my credit card company stating that the card i used to buy it from is indeed closed!! are u fing kidding me??????????? remember my other post about monoprice website hacking credit cards? well yep thats what happened to that card, so its my problem to jump through hoops this is bs!!! they got paid so why do they care what card the money goes back on? F sams i will go to bjs i dont need this hassle over 100 bucks man i spend hundreds on meat and crap there

That sucks, I beleive I'd be gettin hold a there corporate office an tell all the free advertisen yer gonna give em, signs in the yard, signs on the familly wagon driven up an down the roads, maybe even have a t-shirt printed up with there great service. Bet yall would get some sorta response back.

I usually don't have that much trouble with a Walton enterprise, but it sure is evident ol Sams gone.
 
now their gonna keep me on hold forever i cant believe this sh*t over 100 bucks??? i am done with sams i will go to bjs hell their closer anyway, i talked to a nice lady the other day from sams after i got an email from them saying they were gonna credit the card that was no frigging good after i have told four different people that the card was closed anyway so she says to me that she understands my problem and in other words she said that there were alot of idiots working for sams so i said if its anything like walmart i totally understand
 
they will not put me through to a superviser, i cant believe the service here, heck i asked the guy what his supervisers name was and he said he didnt know lol
 
Thanks, i called my local store and talked to the store manager and he told me to come to the store and maybe he can help so hopefully he can help.
 
Have you thought about asking to see the manager? I have more luck with things of this nature when I calmly ask to speak with whomever is in charge, tell the the situation, tell them you spend a lot of money there, and if they want to keep your business they need to make this right, if that doesn't work, go to cost-co.
 
yes but sams club.com is a different entity than the sams store so that way they can pass the buck to each other, the manager i talked to at my local store told me all he could do is call them like i can, i said well i think you would have more sway than me and he says no i would because im the customer hahah
