Great old school video of the traveling Norcini making traditional salame. Awesome from start to finish as they butcher the hog, clean and sew the casings, mince the meat, and make the salami. The skills....I am in awe. The tying....I might be that good and fast after 100,000 salamis!!! LOL!!!
