I have a lang 36 an the top of the fire box is getting a little rust (mostly where the weld is to the cook chamber).. Should I brush it off an touch it up with some spray paint? if so what kind should i get? Thanks in advance.. Are just tell me how to handle it. i know it happens... Been using it a lot. I did wipe it down with some oil one are twice.

Yes, you can wire brush it off GOOD. Also make sure you get all the oil off. Surface prep is 90% of the job. Then touch up with a good quality hi-temp paint. Should all be good!

LETS Q!!!
