Roughing it while camping

Yes for a whole week, we are roughing it while camping in the NorCal Redwoods atate parks traveling in a '89 VW camper.

And of course we had to bring some of the wife's recently caught Salmon.

Salmon fillets covered with olive oil, sun dried tomatos, olives, freah garlic. Wrapped in foil and on the fire grill they go.

Being turned, rotated quite often.

Fresh vegies sauteed as a side dish with instant garlic mash potatos.

Looks pretty rough at that Cafe in the woods! Better watch your back I here that there are Sasquatch in them there woods and they love salmon! A MIni-WSM would complete your camp set up!
