We decided to put $15,000 in trust for house. That will push it down road few years. He lives in Florida and uses the house to get out of the heat in summer. This was the house my Dad built across from farm where he grew up and brother says its his legacy and needs to stay in the family. I was going to just donate my part but my dad would not have wanted that. He put in will and always stated he wanted he wanted it to be evenly distributed. I just dont want to fight about it. He is the oldest brother and maybe in few years might decide he unable to take care of it.
