Hey gang, does anyone have a suggestion on a cut of beef roast i can use for my rotisserie? Im drawing a blank outside of prime rib for a roast that would still cone out tender.

i have an electric rotisserie and have tried some beef but it came out tough.

I believe Warren @HalfSmoked has spun some beef a while back, maybe he'll be around in a bit and can give you an idea or two.

Ive done sirloin tip roasts on the rotisserie with good luck. They take well to marinades prior to cooking and make sure to keep it on the rare side to keep it nice and tender.

Did these in my 360 . Eye round , and a small roast out of a beef knuckle . Both really good .

I found a seasoned tri tip. There was nothing else. I wanted to go to fresh market but couldnt get in without a mask so went to grocery store

Seasoned Try Tip should do Great on a Spinner !!
It's a wonder any Grocery store allows people in without a mask on.

I did a whole sirloin tip. Marinated over night then I did an open pit wood fire. It was great.
