The first beef ribs I ever smoked came out tender and juicy by accident and I have never been able to reproduce the same quality since. Those look great I have some in the freezer that I smoked last year I think I'll Sous Vide them at 140 for an hour and a half and see if they come out any better they are tasty they just went tender.
