Rotisserie Chicken Kebabs.

First time making my own Kebabs.

I used Angus and Oink Sweet bones and Butts rub. Brined and marinaded the Chicken overnight the night before.

I then fed the chicken onto the Rotisserie and cooked over charcoal and put a few chunks of apple wood in to the coals. Served with pitta breads and salad.

This is the end result. Tasted amazing, and will do this again.

That's a great idea and looks fantastic, nice work! What kind of bird parts did you use to make the kebobs, boneless? RAY
