Aloha from Hawaii,
I recently picked up a True 23f that I want to convert into a smoker. After doing some research it appears I need to take out the insulation. It that true? If so I would appreciate some guidance on that. I am looking forward to receiving some feedback so I can start my new project.

Mahalo,
Leighton

Is it foam insulation or fiberglass? Thats a expensive freezer to be scrapping
