Hello everyone,Greetings from upstate New York(lowville).My name is Josh,i have been reading these forums and smoking for about 6mos.i have a Smoke Hollow #5 propane smoker,a "weber style" charcoal grill,& am in the process of building two more,one being towable.

Hahahahha   I moved to Atlanta mid 70s to escape the snow..retired and moved to the panhandle 2 years ago..

Thanks S2,i have added where i live but it won't show up,not sure why.i have taken Jeff's course,it's awesome,also bought his rub and sauce recipes,have'nt had any compaints yet and i try to take something to work on Mondays & everybody raves about my Smoking.( i think that's good!) lol! now i only use his rub.
