Howdy all. I am in the process of jumping over from gas grilling to kamado cooking/smoking by ordering a new Primp oval XL a few days ago. Looking forward to learning all I can in the coming weeks on this forum from all the experienced grillers/smokers on set ups, recipes, rubs, sauces and techniques through the forums.
