I tried a new rub for the first time from Ritter's a Sweet Peach Rub on some spare ribs I picked up on sale, The ribs were already trimmed with the tips cut off but added to the pkg so made that as well all I needed to do was trim the flap on the bottom and remove the membrane. Also made a Mopping Dipping/BBQ sauce from a recipe I saw on barbecueweb.com for basting them.

I Just rubbed with the Peach rub smoked with Hickory between 245 and 260ish  for just under 4 hrs along with a few baked Potatoes in the smoker just rubbed with EVO. Here is the recipe for the sauce

Recipe:
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 cups Apple Juice
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
4 tbls. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Chopped Onion
Your favorite Hot Pepper Sauce to taste
