Reverse Seared Filets on PK Grill

Tonight’s dinner for our 37th anniversary. Who needs restaurants? First time reverse searing filets. Will not be the last.
Served with my wife’s awesome baked (with lots of butter) potato and roasted broccoli with walnuts.
Trust me the doneness was perfect.
Now off to DQ for a raspberry fudge bliss blizzard.
