Restaurant Supply Big Box Store

Some time back someone posted the name of a big box restaurant supply chain. I can't remember who posted it or the name of the store. I DO remember looking it up and finding out that there is a store in Austin, TX. Searches here and on the web generally have not turned it up.

Can anyone help with the name or a URL?
