I smoked a BCC on Sunday and it came out really tasty. I also smoked 3lbs of Ribs and the family decided to eat the ribs for dinner. Looking to have the chicken tomorrow night, but I am thinking about how to reheat the chicken and worried about it drying out. Any suggestions?

I personally save leftover bcc and slice thin for use cold in sammies. However, if I want to reheat it, I usually tear it from the bone and add to a crock with some chicken broth or stock.

If you are set on reheating it whole, I'd say get an oven bag, some broth and heat at 325 until +145 temps are achieved internal.
