Need help read many inputs how to built electric smoker still don't know few things.
My foster refrigerator is double side door size H:60" W:42" D:24" Question:
1. 1800 Watts element is it ok?
2. I have pink fiberglass insalation in cabinet and foam inside doors do I realey need to remove it?
3.Why PID controler is better then oven controls (for sample from old electric 220 V stove)?
