Until today, I never had Tony's Creole Butter injectable merinade. I saw a bottle marked down to 2 dollars at Walmart the other day, so I got it. <It was the last of the lot and looked like it had been scuffed up but no real damage>.

Well..I smoked a bone in butt and this might be the most tender pulled pork I ever had. The marinade makes a huge difference in upping the savoury. Do people directly add the marinade over the pulled product?

This makes me embarassed to admit I have never had it till now. I've always used other injectables but I see why every one says go with Tony!

I use it on lean cuts . Pork loin , eye round and chicken . Pump it and rest over night in the fridge . No don't pour it over the meat after it's cooked .

I doctor it up and use it for Thanksgiving and Chrismas deep fried turkeys!

My doctored up version is to pour it into a blender.
Take a handfull of fresh jalapenos (stems removed) and throw then in the blender.
Throw in about an overflowing 1/3 cup of brown sugar in the blender.
Blend it well and strain.
Inject the strained liquid into the turkey all over!
This is for no smaller than a 16 pound turkey. The stuff can be salty so you want 16-20 pound turkey if using a whole bottle.

I season the inside and outside of the turkey with Tony C's creole seasoning.
You wouldn't believe the flavor of these deep fried turkeys made like this!!! :)

I was just wondering; I know some people add rub to their finished product, didn't know about the marinade.

And jeeze Tallbm I just had dinner not long ago and that turkey would make me hungry all over again!

I use it on poultry as well. Hard to beat as long as you inject it correctly. A few years ago as a noob mistake I didn’t work the needle enough and the turkey had giant pockets of the injection in it which was overpowering and terrible. Worked all over in the correct way works great

I've done the same thing in a rush and I get mad every time I do it.

+1 on the Tony’s. I love it when smoking chicken and deep frying a turkey.

I never had it with pork, I’ll have to try that. I still have some in the fridge from the last chicken I spatched....Now the injector that comes with it, that’s toast....can’t seem to reuse it more than 3 times before it breaks lol.

My go rub by Tony's their original Cajun rub the injectables are great too.
If you can't find it in the stores go to their web sight.
