Yes, it always depends... It helps to define your goals. I'd be all over the Smokin It myself but honestly I am making the best cue in my life with a MES30 + AMNPS plus the advice of the crew here...

Good grief Jimmy!

And over here is my wall of smokers... :eek:o_O :D

I am hoping to build a small building in the future for my outdoor cooking equipment, about the size of an oversized 1 stall garage. That way I can keep everything under 1 roof with roll up doors on every side for good ventilation. I have a little more room than most folks so its not a big deal. I currently have 2 UDS and the MES as mentioned. In addition to that I have a cheap gas burner for cooking at tailgates, a 22.5 weber silver, a Jumbo Joe for the lake, and an el cheapo brinkman offset. I am wanting to add a big gas heated smoke house as part of the cooking shack, as well as a brick pizza oven, maybe some day a trailer mounted offset with a vertical section and a big charcoal grill for doing large events like graduations and weddings would be fun, but I have to make it to that point in life first...to busy trying to get 2 kids through college to worry about my dreams right now. what I am really wanting first is another kitchen so that I can keep the sausage making equipment and mess in one room, getting tired of running up and down the stairs when making sausage.

I wish I just had some sort of a roof. Your idea of roll up doors sounds good. That way if a storm blows up you could shut down the windward side and cook on!
Our kids are all growed up with kids of their own. I'm on the downhill side, rollin fast, with burnt out brakes. LOL!
