One of my all-time BIGGEST pet peeves:
Recipe reviews on recipe sites, blogs, etc. where the reviewer admits changing several ingredients in the recipe or otherwise destroys the recipe in some way.....the half-wit then gives the recipe a BAD review!!!!! What the.......???

Unbelievable!!!!!!

"I changed, this, this, this, this, and this, and the recipe was horrible so I'm giving it just one star!!!" LMAO!

Idiots!!!!!!

TRUE   But when i read 10 reviews and 5 of them say next time I'll reduce the salt. Then the first time I make the recipe, I will also reduce the  salt. I have read review where the cook has made several subs just because the where too lazy to go to the store and get the correct ingredients, and then say thumbs down. To them I say.......................

I am with you........

What kills me more, are recipes that don't work and people swear by them....

I usually will follow at least once before anything........

But in all reality I will use recipes as a guide and just say inspired by........

A well known chef once said that if a person was raised on bad cooking, they will think all food should taste like what they where raised on.

yea its pretty annoying but you just got to sift through stupid ones and find one worth reading.
