Looking tasty Lemans!  I've never had any smoked cheese that wasn't terrific, but smoked cheddar is my fav!

The cheese looks good, I know you don't live in FL, cause cheese just sitting out on the table starts to melt this time of year!

I'm jealous. It's been in the high 80s to low 90s here for the last couple of weeks (95 right now in the shade on the patio). I'm hiding indoors, poking my head out now and then to see if the AMZN tube is still smoking. I'm going to have half cooked smoked bacon....Thank goodness I have a pretty good stash of cheese from last winter.

Hey Lemans,

I know this is an old post, but I was curious what you thought of the Italian Spice smoke on your cheese?

I'm using it right now for the first time on a rib roast, and the smell is heavenly!!!
