Quick Question Bout Dimensions

I am in the process of looking for a fridge to do a build. My dilemma is this...
I would like to be able to put a full rack of ribs in without cutting them. I found a fridge that is 18" wide & 16" deep. It has been awhile since I did Ribs.
Is 18" wide enough to fit "most" full racks into???
Thanks for the help. I will start a new build thread once I start it.

Measure a rack of ribs at the store and build a smoker out of plywood that meets your needs...
