It’s been too long since I’ve been able to get outside. Illnesses, weather, work....but today I’m “working” from home. So I got out to keep learning the Akorn and make some lunch.
Simple chicken thighs smoked with cherry wood to 140 and then cranked up the heat to finish on the grill and crisp the skin. They were delightful and now I have lunch for tomorrow to look forward to.
I also threw some cheese in another smoker to replenish my supply....all in all a good day.
