Quick brisket question.

So my plan is to pick up a brisket tomorrow or Wednesday for a cook on Friday. Would it be ok to trim the brisket Wednesday and than wrap in saran until friday? I will season on thursday. Seems like a silly question to ask, I know, but it would be helpful to trim it up at home, versus on the road so to speak. At least, it would be easier. Nothing says I can't do at my destination.
 
Don't see why you couldn't.
 
I often trim/season at the home kitchen for camp cooked stuff way easier. I always cook or freeze within 4 days of a vac pack removal though……
