How have you shipped smoked bacon? UPS, FedEx, USPS? Insulated container? With or without dry ice? Looking for advice based on actual experience shipping smoked bacon.
I shipped some bacon and canadian bacon in a Omaha Steaks insulated foam box a couple of years ago. It was in the late fall, and I just froze the stuff in the deep freeze before shipping. It only had to go about 200 miles away and it made it in good shape. Farther I think you'd be looking at a dry ice shipment.
