Love the basket weave bacon. The filler looks GOOD too. Congrats and toss a cold one back for me too, LOL

Very nice, very nice indeed. Points for thinking outside the box.

I am not responsible for the idea of the "bacon basket weave" (say that 3 times fast!) on the fatty. I have seen it on this website before, but can't remember who did it.......Cheers & thanks to them though, it looks pretty cool......The Fatty pictured before being "rolled" had canned button mushrooms, whole roasted GARLIC cloves, olives & fresh mozzarella cheese. My neighbor loves GARLIC, so he will be sleeping in the spare bedroom tonight!

I missed this earlier. POINTS!- for creativity and artistry in bacon use, and a decent pils glass :{)

Well, tomarrow when I can give more anyway SIGH.

New day, another beer, this beer-Q-view is a Busch Light with hot & spicy V8 & Chipotle Tabasco mixed in to keep the evil spirits away!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh yeah, there is a Brisket & 2 Fatty's stuffed with Olives, Mushrooms, Whole Roasted Garlic Cloves & Cheddar, Mozzarella & Parmesan cheese. I just love to look at all the Q-Views, so I hope I'm not "over-picturing" Y'all.

Forgot....This was after everything was cooled down in the fridge to be vacuum packed. If I leave this stuff around, it is gone in a day or two, so I have to freeze it to have any "reserves".
