Pulled Pork with Jeff's rub

Finally have some time to BBQ. 5lb. butt with Jeff's rub. This is the first time I've smoke a butt with the rub. Not sure if my wifey was going to like it as her palette is more tender than mine. Turns out she love it.

Thanks Lee...that was a simple mod...and I like having the temp where its easy to read. I'm working on another mod.....propane conversion. Bought an old turkey fryer burner at a garage sale last week. I'll be posting pics of that little project when completed next week.
