Now, a pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw, on bread, does that sandwich moniker absolutely no justice.  These ingredients need to be on a bun for that title to be bestowed on it.

NC pulled pork and coleslaw sandwich, the best I ever had was at one of those sacks, beside one of those cotton mills in that State.  I had one of those State produced flyers that gave you all the recipes for Carolina pulled pork, and be darned if the girl I was with when I brought it home, kept it when we broke up.
