couldnt find anything to smoke to make a "real" pulled pork sammie..
so i said what the heck i really want a sammie

i rub 4 loin chops with some spicy spice rub... put them on the smoker using some hickory chips...

made some sauce from cider vinegar, ketchup, chipotle bbq sauce, brown sugar, coke and some of the rub

they turned out really good

Looks pretty dang good to me Teacup.

If your avatar was turned around the other way it would look like me Lol.

That looks really good. How long did it take to smoke that?

Tom

when i started smoking them it was alright outside... then the winds picked up and the rain started coming down... i smoked them for about 2 hours then pulled out the water pan cranked the heat and cooked them hot and fast..

this came out really tasty.. the missus loved the kick it had... i tripled my usual cayenne quantity... also realized that i am not a big fan of chili powder in my rub.. will adjust it again..lol
