Anybody have a good homemade BBQ sauce to mix in with pulled chicken they would like to share. Thanks in advance

This is chef Jimmy J's recipe. You can put that sh** on everything!

Honey Dijon Bubba Q Sauce.

1C Dijon Mustard

1C Honey

1/2C Yellow Mustard

1/2C Ketchup

1/2C Cider Vinegar

1/2C Molasses

1/2C Brown Sugar

1T Worcestershire

1T Paprika

1 tsp Granulated Garlic

1 tsp Granulated Onion

1 tsp Cayenne

1 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Oregano

1/2 tsp Thyme

1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

1/4 tsp Allspice

1/4 tsp Cumin

Mix, simmer 5 minutes and cool.

Makes about 4 Cups.

Thanks Smokin. We eat alot of smoked yard bird but never did it pulled & didn’t want to just throw a bottle of store bought in

Yeah I don't blame you. I just did some chicken thighs this past weekend and pulled them. Turned out pretty good. I'm sure someone else could chime in with some other options. I just know I made that sauce last weekend and it was excellent. Great on chicken and pulled pork.

George I have both recipes of Jeffs plus the Texas rub. IMO the sauce is a little to peppery for chicken. Great for pork. Guess I could cut back on pepper when making. Thanks for the reminder. I did forget about it

I don't generally make my own barbecue sauce but when I do put some together it's what the wife and I refer to as Giada sauce. It's a balsalmic vinegar based sauce that Giada De Laurentiis made on one of her food network shows. I think it's the best sauce I've ever put together. While it may be a bit strong for chicken I still think it would work well.

Ooooo George that does look good. Thanks. Will have to try several to find keeper. Never made pulled chicken. Don’t know why I guess just never gave it a thought. Duane

In my opinion that sauce cannot be beaten for a steak glaze. I don't usually put sauce of any kind on a steak but this is an exception. It's amazing on steak or any kind beef.
