What ^^ he said.  Do a search here on the forum for picnic pulled pork, picnic shoulder etc and you find many post on the topic.  Some about removing the skin, some who prefer the skin etc.  Just remember to charge up those camera batteries so when you prep that picnic for the smoker you can post up some Qview for us!
