I need a little help please. I have done pull pork may times and have come out great. I have been asked to do pull pork for sandwich for the Relay For Life walk in our area. They will be selling the sandwich as a fund raiser. To get the most out of a piece of meat what would be the best cut to use. And also about how many med size sandwich should I get per pound of meat. I may have to cook some the day before and the also the day of. The one I cook the day before should I got ahead and pull are heat up a little the day of and them pull.
