Pueblo Chiles are on

Picked up some Chile from my Primo, one bag from La Junta and one from Rocky Ford.
These Chiles are most excellent. They are meaty and roasted perfectly. We got roughly 2 bushel, but now magically need more. So guuuuuuud.

Love the smell of roasting peppers. There was a grocery store chain in VA that if you timed it right they had someone out front with a big roaster doing up a bunch of chiles.

I dont know now that was some yrs ago, but I can see what I find here in SC and get back at ya
