Prosper Meats Colorado

I ate my last stored steak and was looking for options. Normally I by these at Costco, usually good.

I bought a fair amount from certified Piedmontese, mostly good. Couple,issues here and there and spendy. Never really felt the steaks were not worth the $$$(no offense to any CP lovers).

Prosper Meats is in Colorado, thought I would give them a rip. Bought the grill box, arrive fast and with loads of dry ice. Steaks looks very good, only one lb of ground beef (which was encouraging as that is the “filler” to 15lb as I read it). The flanken ribs look a little fatty, but that’s the only minor thing. If the steaks taste as good as the look I’ll buy again.

So thats me review till I eat a steak, which looks to be soon as my wife is planning a trip.

Sounds like a good box if there is only one filler meat.

I just checked the site and nearly everything is sold out except the box I ordered…. Sent them a note asking when inventory will be back.

What was the price though? I agree on CPB.

15 lb for $169 for 15lb. Rib eyes, NY, to sirloin, skirt, I forget what else was in there.

Nice thanks. Definitely had mixed outcomes with shipped meat. The steaks look great, above what I’ve got elsewhere
