Shoot, this should have been posted on Sunday as I just did fresh beer brats on Monday.

I cooked them in beer and onions in a pot on the stove and then seared them on the grill, would have been nice adding butter to the simmer pot....everything tastes better with butter , I mean bacon....sorry could not help myself.

I'm doing brats and drummies tonite.
No extra browning, just indirect for about 90 minutes.
Nothing fancy just some dry rub with a little dried molasses I found.
Its Wednesday. Why not.

Bear how did you cook them in the air fryer? Mine has the option of shelf, rotating basket or rotating skewers?

With my smaller one (PowerHotAirFryerXL) I just put 4 or 5 in the basket, so they aren't laying along side each other. Then set it for 360° for 14 minutes. Then pause it at 7 minutes & flip them over & poke fork holes in them.

In my big one (Emeril's HotAirFryer 360), I put them in the wire basket @ 360° for 10 to 12 minutes with the Fan on. (No flipping needed).

LOL---I guess they could explode in an air fryer?!?!
I forgot a couple times, and nothing happened---Guess I just got lucky.
