Make whatever BBQ sauce you want, then for a finishing sauce just take a cup each apple juice and cider vinegar and add a tablespoon of your sauce to that. Also add some crushed red pepper and a tablespoon of your pan drippings if you save any.

1 Cup Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Course Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
