Injected and fridged the beef ribs overnight, seasoned and hung in the grill for 4 hours.

After cooking in foil an hour and a half they rested in foil for about 45 minutes before slicing.

Can't think of a better way .. ribs and silver bullet .. points to you
 
Look great! I can seldom get meaty beef ribs here.They're normally trimmed tight to get larger rib eyes.
